Principal – Dave Barlow, CEC

Dave Barlow has been practicing as a Certified Executive Coach following a successful career in the hospitality industry that included senior leadership roles in complex and dynamic organizations.

Specifically Dave was COO of Harvey’s Restaurants, a division of Cara Operations as well as Scores Restaurants a division of Imvescor Inc of Montreal.

In addition Dave spent several years as a director and subsequently chairman of the Canadian Restaurant and Food Service Association.

His Executive Coaching training was conducted through Royal Roads University which is recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

Dave’s passion is for helping people achieve their potential.

As a result of his business career experience, Dave is aware of the challenges people face in their lives and careers and works one on one to help reframe and set new horizons for personal growth based on each person's unique talents, learning styles and preferences.
